Your contacts will receive a two-sided, folded, 8.5” x 11” printed newsletter that is personalized to their name and address information. The personalized newsletter will be sealed into a windowed envelope then mailed directly to your contact database at the beginning of every month. Every issue will contain 2 newsworthy articles, current mortgage rates and a Year-Over-Year Market Summary chart from TREB.

  To sign up to the program all you need to do is fill out and submit the attached sign up form. Once you have submitted your sign up form one of our service representatives will contact you with a design proof using our standard newsletter design and the information you have provided as well as information and next steps to help you complete your newsletter program set up.

  The standard print newsletter design, as well as a sample of the content, of the Print Newsletter is shown below, however it can be customized to fit your branding. Once you have submitted your sign up form, one of our customer service representatives will contact you with your standard design proof. From there you will have the option to work with our design team to modify the standard design or create an entirely custom design.   After signing up for the program, you will need to tag any contacts in your ReMarketer CRM list that you would like to send the print newsletter to as 'spotlightprint'. We will be accessing your CRM as part of our onboarding procedure to download your "spotlightprint" contact list using that tag. If you make any changes to your contact list after your first month be sure to let us know by emailing support@homeania.com with your updates. All updates need to be received prior to the 15th day of the month in order to apply to the following month's newsletter.

  The Email Newsletter is an electronic version of the print newsletter designed to be sent out to your email contacts.. The newsletter will be converted into email format and placed in your ReMarketer CRM for you to send to your sphere of influence.
